For over 10 years, I have been taking care of the support and introduction of recruiting and HR admin processes and helping companies to set up their HR department in a future-oriented way so that they can finally take the next step.

I focus on honesty and direct communication from all sides in order to show the company’s employees that they are an important building block for the company’s success.

    Self-employed as a consultant in Human Resources for various start-ups throughout Germany. Development of the complete HR area in the early & growth phase.

    Active as a recruiter and employer branding manager in various recruitment consultancies and companies in different digital industries.
