How it works

  • Select a service package:
    Our packages include 10, 25 and 35 hours that can be booked weekly, or you can arrange an individual and flexible hourly package tailored to your needs.

  • Define requirements:
    We conduct a non-binding initial meeting to determine your needs and define the processes that we will carry out in the future.

  • Training:
    Our HR expert receives an introduction to your processes and is your main contact person from now on.

  • HR-as-a-Service:
    You hand over your HR tasks and questions to our HR expert, whether it is data maintenance, payroll accounting, personnel planning, procurement or support, talent management and much more.
