How does our HR toolfinder work?

Your evaluation is automated. We then review and comment on your result personally before sending it to you – usually within a few hours, at the latest after 24 hours.

The data is maintained by the providers themselves directly in our toolfinder and then checked by us for plausibility and timeliness.

Your details will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for the creation of your individual recommendation. Only if you request contact by a provider after receiving your evaluation will we forward your contact details to that provider. Otherwise, we do not pass on any data to third parties.
