As a business psychologist, I have experience in all HR disciplines, in start-ups as well as SMEs and large corporations. At xentral I supported an international growth from 30 to 170 employees in 10 countries within two years and built scalable People Operations. Since the beginning of 2022, I have been supporting companies full-time as a freelancer in all strategic and operational HR topics, and I provide support in change processes as a systemic team coach.
