I advise and accompany organisations and teams in critical growth and change phases by creating safe spaces for further development and change, based on diversity and appreciation of all disciplines. Through my work as a coach, trainer, consultant and lecturer, I bring multi-faceted experience from different fields and, together with a love for the interplay between people and business, respect, humour, trust, mindfulness and development, incorporate this throughout my work.
