I support startups in their search for executives. I specialize in women in order to get closer to my inner purpose for more women in leadership roles and thus female empowerment. For 3 years I was the contact person for almost 60 startups of a Berlin early stage venture capital fund and most recently a principal recruiter at a recruiting agency. I have been self-employed since February 2022. I am currently training to become an IHK-certified New Work Coach and advise companies and primarily young managers on their way to a new world of work or leadership role.
