- 2016 – today: Self-employed as a consultant in Human Resources for various start-ups throughout Germany. Development of the complete HR area in the early & growth phase., – Filling open positions – Introduction of recruiting and admin processes – Training of management and employees in conducting interviews – Contact person for payroll accounting – Installation of HR software
- 2011 – 2016: Active as a recruiter and employer branding manager in various recruitment consultancies and companies in different digital industries.
