Mediation

A structured conflict-resolution process in which a neutral third party helps those involved to develop a viable solution on their own responsibility. Unlike potential court proceedings, the decision stays with the parties – faster, more confidential and at significantly lower cost.

Whenever a conflict is straining collaboration and internal attempts to resolve it are no longer working. Typical triggers: tensions between a manager and the team, conflicts among colleagues, differences at management level or friction during change processes.

After clarifying the assignment, we hold confidential one-on-one talks with everyone involved. In subsequent joint sessions, needs are surfaced and solutions developed. The outcome is set out in a binding agreement.

Unlike a judge or arbitrator we do not take sides – and unlike a neutral facilitator we are not detached. Impartial means we take the interests and needs of all sides equally seriously and actively ensure that every voice is heard.
